Ingredients
- 100 g plain flour
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 100 g chopped hazelnut
- 125 g sugar
- vanilla essence
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170-180°C
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or with Bain-marie method
- In a large bowl mix the butter and chocolate mixture with sugar, eggs (at room temperature), sieved flour, vanilla and the chopped hazelnuts. 4.Line a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for around 35/40 minutes.
- Let it cool and then slice into squares.
