This service is for you if:

- You have a family and you would like to vary your meals based on everyone’s needs
The consultation will last 75 minutes and I will ask you questions about your and your family’s eating habits to create tailored and personalized meal guides. We will go through your usual grocery shopping and what you keep in your cupboard, finding helpful food cupboard swaps.
We will plan the meals together based on your preferences (we won’t include any foods you dislike), work-life balance and you will have access to shopping lists to make your life easier.
After 1 week from the consultation, you will receive your weekly meal guides* and shopping list to help vary your diet and be more organized (and relaxed).
* Please note that these meal plans are not “diet plans”, since the purpose is to help you plan your weekly meals and not put you on a diet.
