Easy Chocolate Brownies

I’m sharing with you a mouthwatering brownies recipe. This a failproof recipe for a squidgy chocolate bake.

- 100 g plain flour
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 100 g dark chocolate chopped
- 125 g butter
- 100 g hazelnut chopped
- 125 g sugar
- pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 170-180°C.
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or with Bain-marie method. Let it cool.
In a large bowl combine the butter and chocolate mixture with the eggs.
Once the ingredients are combined, add the sieved flour, pinch of salt and the chopped hazelnuts. Mix well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for around 35/40 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
