of choice (cow's milk or soya drink for a protein rich option)

Greek yoghurt
or dairy-free version

frozen blueberries

frozen raspberries

banana

rolled oats

peanut butter
or almond butter

tsp
honey
or maple syrup
Instructions
In a blender, place the blueberries, raspberries, banana, peanut butter, honey, oats and milk.
Blend until creamy, adding more milk as needed to blend. Serve cold.
Notes
You can choose your favorite fruits and add a handful of spinach for more nutrients.
