Ingredients
- 120 ml milk of choice (cow's milk or soya drink for a protein rich option)
- 100 g Greek yoghurt or dairy-free version
- 40 g frozen blueberries
- 40 g frozen raspberries
- 1 large banana
- 1 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a blender, place the blueberries, raspberries, banana, peanut butter, honey, oats and milk.
- Blend until creamy, adding more milk as needed to blend. Serve cold.
Notes
You can choose your favorite fruits and add a handful of spinach for more nutrients.
