Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 120 ml milk of choice (cow's milk or soya drink for a protein rich option)
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt or dairy-free version
  • 40 g frozen blueberries
  • 40 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, place the blueberries, raspberries, banana, peanut butter, honey, oats and milk.
  • Blend until creamy, adding more milk as needed to blend. Serve cold.

Notes

You can choose your favorite fruits and add a handful of spinach for more nutrients.
