Vegan chocolate truffles
Fancy a sweet treat for yourself or your loved ones? I've got you covered with these delicious vegan truffles.
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate (70%) chopped
- 100 g dark chocolate (55-60%) chopped
- 225 g avocado fles very ripe
- 50 g maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- cocoa powder to cover
Instructions
- In a mixer add the avocado flesh and blend until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave – be careful not to burn it – and let it cool at room temperature.
- Once the chocolate is cooled add it to the avocado flesh and mix well with a spoon.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours, mixing every 20-30 minutes.
- After 2 hours you can start making your small truffles, by rolling the mixture into your hands and cover them with cocoa powder.
