Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate (70%) chopped
  • 100 g dark chocolate (55-60%) chopped
  • 225 g avocado fles very ripe
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • cocoa powder to cover

Instructions
 

  • In a mixer add the avocado flesh and blend until smooth.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave – be careful not to burn it – and let it cool at room temperature.
  • Once the chocolate is cooled add it to the avocado flesh and mix well with a spoon.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours, mixing every 20-30 minutes.
  • After 2 hours you can start making your small truffles, by rolling the mixture into your hands and cover them with cocoa powder.
