FS Nutritionist offers to all potential clients a free 15-30 minute discovery call. This is a chance for me to find out a bit more about what you may like from working together, as well as a chance for you to learn a little bit more about the process and ask any questions you may have.
If you would like to go ahead following our call, I will send you pre-consultation forms to complete in advance of our assessment. These will provide me with more information on your medical history, dietary and lifestyle habits, as well as what you would like to achieve in working together.

They are member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN) a voluntary government-approved register. Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) are newly graduates which are required to have an additional 3 years supervised practice to become Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) – something I’m in the process of transferring to next year.

Yes, FS Nutritionist works with clients globally. Consultations will be provided via video conferencing so you can meet with me from the comfort of your home!
Yes, FS Nutritionist offer in person consultation in central London*. However, the waiting list is longer than online nutrition coaching. Plus, the fee for sessions is higher – renting a clinic space really pushes fees up. This is something we can discuss during the Discovery Call.
* I don’t currently offer in-person consultation for the “Power Hour” service.
I know that not everyone has the budget for 1-1 support, but my prices are not random. They have been set based on my expertise and the quality of service provided.
If you have an enquiry about the fees, please do get in touch via email at francesca@fsnutritionist.com and I will do my best to help you.
The initial consultation provides an opportunity for me to get to know you and best understand your current challenges and goals. We will talk about your medical history, training history, eating habits & dietary intake. At the end of the consultation will receive recommendations based on what was discussed and sometimes activities/”homework” to complete for the follow up consultation.
During follow-up appointments we will discuss your goals and any additional concerns you may have. Often people want one appointment to be a cure for everything. But unfortunately it doesn’t work like that. We spend the session talking, exploring your relationship to food, your lifestyle, your goals etc. Together, we will review your progress.
I may create a meal guide which will be a template of an example of what to eat in a day. This could include suggestions for the types and amounts of food but I won’t “put you on a diet”. My aim is to educate you on how to build balanced meals and snacks to help you to achieve your goals and feel full & satisfied after each meal.
The cost of a consultation covers a lot more than the session you have. It covers the planning before each session, documentation after the session, emails between sessions, research and more! All of these things take time, but I want you to receive the best support.
