What is included?
♦ Full Health Assessment/Intuitive Eating Assessment
♦ 75-minute initial consult to get to know you and assess where you are currently at, as well as your goals for nutrition.
♦ 6 x 50 minutes follow-up consultations
♦ 2 session/month over 3 months to review your progress, ask questions and make changes as needed
♦ Unlimited email and dashboard support in between the consultations, during working hours
♦ Individualised portions, meal guides and recipes if & when needed
♦ Access to your own personalised dashboard where you will find your sessions summaries, suggestions, resources, checklists which can also be used as a way to communicate and offer support/encouragement.
♦ Minimum 3 months contract. There is no quick fix, as making long lasting changes and building sustainable habits needs time.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1
Book your free discovery call and let’s chat about the kind of support you are looking for.
STEP 2
If we are a good fit to work together, we will book your initial consultation at a time that suits you.
STEP 3
You will then receive two forms to complete prior your initial consultation.
STEP 4
I will send you a calendar invitation with a Zoom link for your online appointment or the location of the clinic.
FAQs
The consultation will be held via online meeting software (Zoom). A link will be sent to you once the payment has been received. If you opted for in-person consultation you will receive the location of the clinic.
Before the initial consultation you will complete the pre-assessment questionnaire.
During the initial consultation we will discuss your goals, analyse your lifestyle and nutrition habits, and discuss potential barriers to success. You will leave the consult with a clear idea of what to expect going forward.
You will received, if needed, a personalised meal guide with individualised advice and tips, recipes, grocery list and a supplement guide.
The Gentle Nutrition Coaching fee is set at £180 per month, with a 3-month minimum commitment. This is at least how long a real meaningful change takes. The whole journey with me will cost £540.
If needed, after a thorough assessment I can provide you with a meal guide containing tips on organizing your weekly meals, portion sizes and grocery shopping.
My working hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. These can be flexible depending on your needs + time of the year. I work on Saturday morning too.
Yes, I do see clients in person in Central London (near Oxford Circus). The cost of in-person consultation can be discussed during a discovery call.
I know 3-months might sound like a long time. However, building sustainable habits and changes or healing your relationship with food needs time.
3-months is really a minimum, consisting in only 7 appointments.
