Simple and quick to make, this frozen yogurt bark is the perfect summer treat. Topped with fresh berries and crunchy pistachios, it's a perfect hot weather snack.
Equipment
- Aluminium sheet pan
Ingredients
- 500 g plain yogurt of choice
- 45 g dark chocolate
- 40 g frozen raspberries or fresh
- 30 g pistachios chopped
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- With a spoon or spatula, spread out the yogurt to create a thick layer – roughly 1 cm.
- In the microwave, melt the chocolate.
- Drizzle the chocolate on top of the yoghurt layer and create a pattern with the end of a spoon.
- Crumble the frozen berries on top, sprinkle the pistachios and place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours.Leave the yogurt barks at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Storage: store the barks in the freezer inside food bags.
